About Project
The site has been built for America where they still have many problems in starting appointments in person, but also to be ready in case of second wave COVID and LOCKDOWN.
Built with wordpress, woocommerce for payments and interface with zoom for online appointments.
- Calendar for day/time selection of the appointment.
- The calendari keeps open only the days and hours that are available.
- The client selects and sends the request to the administrator (without the possibility of payment yet)
- The manager changes or confirms the appointment time and sends confirmation email to the client with a link for payment.
- As soon as payment is made, an email is sent to the manager and the client with the day and time of the appointment and links to open the zoom directly via the website app.
- Ability to choose who will host the zoom chat.
- Ability for group zoom chat
- Ability to calculate the price of the appointment depending on how many people will participate.
- Calculate values depending on the selected addons
