Privacy Policy - Personal Data Protection

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the exentric.gr services is subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of Greek (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual from the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Commission, the Decree Laws 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). The personal information that exentric.gr collects is the following: 

Personal data: Each visitor can browse the online store exentric.gr without giving any personal information. We will need personal data (your e-mail, a username and a password) only when you place an order for services or products.

Information regarding the purchase of services and products: the necessary information for each transaction is your full name, a landline phone number, address (street, city, postal code) and type of document (receipt, invoice). In addition, we voluntarily ask for some information such as a mobile phone number (in case we need to contact you directly), fax number and profession.

Contact via Live Chat: when communicating with exentric.gr via live chat, the information we collect is your full name, email address, IP,

If you cut an invoice, we need the name of the company, VAT number, and address of its headquarters.
