Wp all import is a great wordpress plugin for importing any xml, csv file into wordpress.
It comes with a woocommerce extension so you can easily import thousands of products straight into your e-shop, it is ideal for drop shippers.
One problem that we hit was that sometimes we wanted to exclude a certain product from the daily update of stock and prices, so we fixed a little plugin that adds a box on the products page in where you can set it to exclude the specific product from the update.
